Do we really need words to communicate?

According to Professor Mehrabian of the University of California in Los Angeles, words account for only 7 percent of the meaning of a spoken message. The other important elements in face-to-face communication are tone of voice and facial expression. Do you agree with this? Watch the video on this topic.
